British Pie Awards 2025
We are very proud to have achieved two awards at the 2025 British Pie Awards, a Bronze for our Beef Stroganoff and a Silver for our Bobote (South African inspired minced lamb dish)
This sits next to our previous awards at the British Pie Awards.

Farmers Markets
We now have 8 regular Farmers Markets.
First Saturday of the month, we are at Tarporley Village Market, Nantwich Road, Tarporley from 9.30am to 1pm. Then on the First Sunday of the month we are at the New Port Sunlight Farmers Market, next to the Gladstone Theatre.
Second Saturday of the month, we are at Wirral Farmers Market, New Ferry Village Hall, Grove Street from 9am to 12 noon. Then on the Second Sunday of the month we are at Wallasey Village Market at The Old Library, St Georges Road, Wallasey Village.
We are very pleased to say that we have a regular place at the Heswall Farmers Market, held on the third Saturday of every month at Heswall Hall from 10am until 2pm, next to the fire station on the main road through Heswall. Then on the Third Sunday of the month we are at Christleton, in the Infant School.
The 4th Saturday of the month finds us at Kelsall, in the Community Centre. On the 4th Sunday of the month, we are at the Oxton Village Farmers Market, at the RAFA Club, Shrewsbury Road from 9am until 1pm.

Home Deliveries
Now that we are going to more markets, we bake more stock, so e-mail us here if you are interested in a home delivery of freshly frozen baked pies. Availability is constantly changing, so please ask for detail (minimum order 4 pies to Wirral address). Please note that we do not yet offer a pies by post service.

Where Our Meat & Fish Comes From....
We are very keen to support British farmers and producers and try to buy direct whenever we can. Wherever possible,
- beef comes from the fantastic grass fed Galloway suckler herd at Oldfield Farm, Lower Heswall
- the best Anglesey lamb is sourced from Dolmeinir Meats, in Llangefni in the middle of the island
- Wagyu comes from the magnificent herd at Snowdonia Wagyu
- smoked trout is both bred and smoked at Chirk Trout Farm and Fishery
- venison, water buffalo & wild boar comes from Cheshire Wild Venison
